Seems that all our mummies and daddies are in consensus … they are excited and happy for the little baby that will soon come into our life.

Thank God that it is you … for you … that we will have our little one with. Looking forward to many more months of fussing over the baby and the beautiful mummy.

New addition to the family

Just the size of a little grape at 1.97 cm, we are glad that to see you little baby.

After much anticipation and waiting, we finally were able to see the foetus of our child growing inside you bb. May God continue to bless us and our baby with good health and safely grow within you. May your pregnancy be smooth and well.

No matter that we are all not fully ready for being parents yet, I am positive we will grow into the role and that we will learn as we go along. I am also sure that you, bb, will make a great mummy, one who will be patient, understanding and kind towards the kid.

Looks like the other sibling does not want to come out yet, so we will have to wait 1 more year, perhaps, for the other sibling to come. For now, let’s enjoy this first child then.

Bali Bliss

Dear baby Edwin;

Thanks for agreeing to honour and cherish our marriage, holding my hands today and forever as we explore and discover Bali. I’ve enjoyed the beautiful sunset with you in Seminyak, hear the crashing waves as it contrast with the serene and tranquil padi field at Tanah Lot, enjoyed the bottle of wine outside our Waka Ganggah tribal homestay, wake up with you next to me in the tropical forest and gushing river waters in Ubud Komeneka Blisma. I must thank you for planning this trip, and i throughly enjoyed myself discovering with you all the great cusines of the world here in Bali. It is time for us to say good bye to the beautiful Bali but as i say, we will be here again to try Warung Semaste , sometime soon.  Till then, one key thing is getting to know you are always there for me and making sure i enjoyed the mini-honey moon …it’s good to know i can always rely on you..now and forever. Loving you always …Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Ting!

Remembering 6 Oct 2010

Almost 1 year ago, we were back at Henderson Wave committing ourselves to each other for the rest of our lives. Almost 1 year later, here we are in Shanghai just about to head back to Singapore to conclude our next Chapter of our Wedding – the traditional marriage.

Whether legal, traditional, customary … I will keep on marrying you … just like a marriage is a long conversation that always feels soooo short.

Fionna dear, I continue to be so much in love with you. I am so glad that I have you by my side to have and hold. This year is and will be a year of changes, but I know that you will be the one thing in my physical world that will continue to be there. Even through the recent ups & downs with the house, I know you are with me all the time and I want you to know that I, too, am always by your side. We will and can get through anything and any problems.

Even as you turn 30 years of age, may you become more mature, more sophisticated, elegant and classy as fit your personality and wonderful looks. I am always happy for my wife to be beautiful like you and to turn heads walking down the street. 🙂

Besides looks, also want to be wishing you success in your career – such that you will be able to hit your target this year and achieve your goals both professionally and financially.

This year we also have another celebration/challenge to participate in. No matter what happens, it is the comfort of you being there that continues to keep me happy, optimistic and the strength to make things happen. Let’s make our wedding celebration a happy moment to remember.

Finally, wishing us both health so that we may continue to have the time and space to love, take care and cherish each other … up till we turn 87.

1 Week Anniversary

Dear Mrs Ting,

1 week has passed since our matrimony. I hope things are going well. You continue to be the most beautiful lady of my life. Though this is a milestone in our lives, what changes is just a name. Our feelings for each other remains strong and constant. Like you, I am glad that there is actually no major differences.

Only change which I have to get use to is to start calling your mum and dad – mum and dad. I’ll leave that till CNY when we next go back then.
