Thanks bb for the flowers, to brighten up the office and to make everyone in the office jealous. More exciting things ahead than just a birthday celebration on 22 Sep. Dear bb;

Thanks for your present..but as i say..things to me are just things..what i want is you. I need you to know that i also need you all the time, all the while i think of what you do when i work. Sometimes i even scare i disturb you coz i am home all the time..can be quite bo liao. Loving you and being with you is the best thing that God has given to me. Praise him for me finding you before i leave for Shanghai and now having you here. Whatever happens, i want you to know i will be there to support you and love you.

Why do you need to count, when you are enjoying the experience, right?
It seems like I have known you for so many years, yet I never grow tire of your smile, your antics, your laughter, your voice, your touch and your hug.
Thanks for always being there and being supportive in my work, career and personal well being.
I want to continue to be a blessing to you and look forward to the many years ahead where we will have just us to snug in bed with, to hold to sleep, to chat till dawn and to have nice cuppa of coffee early in the morning.
Loving you, I must confess, is the best thing to me so far.
You are a sunshine in my life and I, too, want to be that beacon in your life.

As we move closer to 6th Oct, I grow every excited about the blessed union between 2 loving individuals that we are. Even though we will both continue to have our own thoughts and pov, but I know that we will continue to have things in common where we can bitch and moan over and gloat or laugh at.

Bicycle Drama

Finally decided to buy a bicycle so we can go cycle round Shanghai. Purchased the bike from Carefour and also added a basket in front so we could ride around and go shopping.

On our way home from Carefour, an accident happened … bbf slippers got caught in the bicycle and hurt her leg. 🙁 It was bleeding and was not good.

Managed to get bbf on to a cab and she went to the hospital to clean her wound. I, on the other hand, cycled to the hospital to find her. The newly bought lock was with bbf, so I left the bike unattended for a bit and ran in to the hospital. Then I ran out and went to lock “our bicycle”.

After the wound was clean and we could have left … we walked out and I unlocked “my bicyle” and realized that it wasn’t my bike and that my bike was no longer there. Apparently, when I ran in to get the lock, the bicycle was already stolen, so I had assumed I locked my bike when I had locked someone else instead. 🙁

What an adventure … we are definitely not meant to have a bicycle. …

Proposal

Dear bb;

Thanks for the simple proposal that mean so much on 13 Feb 2010. It means a lot to me babyand I do not want to miss this day by not leaving this memory on our blog. The location for the proposal in Henderson Wave was a good choice, and i like the theme..back to basics. To propose to me through a card and the asking me: Will you marry me? “I will”..and as in the kite runner story..a hundred times.

We can be dating for years..but to stay together till 87 , it is about getting the basics right, to trust, respect and be there for one another at all times. All said simply but to do it is not an easy to live up to it.

Thanks for letting me into your life, for making that decision to stay by me for the rest of our lifes, to promise to take care of one another and to be there for one another. As what your mum say, i will do my best to be a good wife. I want to be there for you and to be your partner, lover, soul mate, mentor and coach.

I love you darling. Will you marry me?

Bless the flight that will be bringing my bb back to me from across the ocean!

I’m stuck in office due to a bug on the client’s website. Such a pain … cos’ this was something that could have been resolved earlier if someone had remembered to heed my advice. Anyhow, here we are troubleshooting till past 9 pm. 🙁

Nonetheless, I am eagerly anticipating your return to 富民公寓1402室 tomorrow night.
